4. Timely Response: Our team will review the report within a maximum of 5 business days and, if necessary, request additional information. For data breaches, we will notify authorities and affected parties within the required timeframes (60 days for HIPAA, 72 hours for GDPR, reasonable timeframe for LGPD).

5. Resolution: Talabre will take corrective actions, such as removing sensitive data, correcting metadata, or coordinating with covered entities (e.g., signing a BAA/DPA), and will communicate the outcomes to the reporter while respecting confidentiality.
